Tomiko is helping her friend Sydney do yoga. Sydney is trying to get in shape after her doctor told her to lose some weight. "I feel a little weird..." Sydney says, but soon enough, she falls over, hyperventilating. She struggles, shaking, and then falls XXXX. Tomiko initially believes she is fine, but then begins performing CPR when she realizes Sydney has suffered from a heart attack. She keeps trying for several minutes and Sydney finally comes to, coughing and gasping for air.
