Unfortunately you lost your job as a fitness coach a while ago and in the meantime you've just become very lazy and gained quite a lot of weight, you have been completely fit and slim a year ago. But now you just can't help yourself and have to snack all the time, even inbetween your housework you need some sweets. On top of that your weight starts to restrict you and you get out of breath quite easily. You aren't happy with the whole situation, but you can't find a new job, because who would want a chubby fitness coach? so in the end you just suppress your thoughts and worries with food and don't care anymore and just let yourself go. who cares about the future?"
